2、底的党建工程目标要求，创新党建工作思路，引入党建工作量化考核制度，在公司各基层党组织和广阔党员中开展了创立“四强四优活动，为带着基层党组织和广阔共产党员进一步挖潜增效，圆满完成亿元利润目标任务奠定坚强的政治和组织保障。此公司党委开展争创“四强四优活动是及时的、并且具有很重要的意义，公司通过开展“四强四优活动，可以使企业党组织变的更加团结，更有效率，使企业更能适应新时期的市场变化。现将此次活动总结如下。 一、锻造“四强四优基层党组织和党员队伍，为企业跨越开展提供政治和组织保障。 按照公司党委要求，各基层党组织正在广泛开展“政治引领力强、推动开展力强、改革创新力强、凝聚保障力强的“四强党组织活动;
3、广阔党员围绕争做“政治素质优、岗位技能优、工作业绩优、群众评价优的“四优党员目标，结合课题攻关、争当技术能手、挖潜增效标兵等活动的开展，学业务、钻技术、练技能，带头勇挑重担，带头真抓实干，带头创新工作，以共产党员的模范带头作用，带动和影响职工群众积极性、主动性、创造性的发挥，促进企业各项任务目标的完成。 二、基层特色主题实践，推动党建工作创优创新。 按照公司党委的统一部署，各基层单位结合经营生产实际，创新党建工作思路，开展了丰富多彩的特色主题活动。生产单位进一步稳固现有的如“党员先锋岗、“党员先锋班组、“党员身边无事故、无违章、“党员责任区、“叫响共产党员等活动成果，积极拓展新的活动载体，扎实

5、进一步提高管理水平、强化社区效劳质量，提高居民素质，营造社区健康向上的文化气氛。 三、全面引入kpi考核机制，使党建工作绩效考核进一步量化。“四强四优党建工作考核评价全面纳入公司经济责任制考核，建立以关键绩效指标(kpi)为中心的党建工作考核评价体系，各基层党组织党建工作进一步得到量化，更具操作性，党建工作评价以自我评价和组织评价相结合，每季度进行一次，并及时对党建工作考核的好方法，好经验进行总结。绩效化考核的推行，使党建工作真正起到了促进和引领经营生产工作的作用。 XX年是我国完成“十一五规划收官之年，是我公司实施“三步走开展战略、奋力爬坡的起步之年。公司首届一次职代会提出了“填平补齐八大项
