3、业的存在而存在。从我国企业文化的形成和开展状况来看,当前,我国的公司对于自身文化的构建正位于最根本的时期,也就是说,对于企业文化没有追寻它最真正的本质精髓而是过分的要求形式主义,没有建立起为企业开展进步指引方向,使员工团结奋进的真正意义上的企业文化。对企业文化的理解过于浅显,不能真正让企业文化对实际的管理活动发挥作用,对企业日常经营带来促进作用,成为企业的核心思想。因此,需要企业管理从人的心理出发,将管理因素、管理机制、人才机制、鼓励动机等融合一起,凸显了企业管理对企业竞争的重要性。本文从典型视角出发,选取了x公司这种拥有新理念,但又有着长期的深厚文化积淀根底的公司进行研究。根据对于现阶段的分
4、析,X公司在企业成长过程中面临着诸多难题,该怎样引导X公司形成完善的企业文化,并在企业文化的带着下,最终形成x公司员工认同的观点,从而加大x公司在企业竞争中的优势 ,引导员工团结一致,发挥各自的潜力,形成强大的企业凝聚力,从而在不断变化的国际市场和国内市场的竞争中立于不败之地,以使企业走的更加长远,上述问题都需要引起企业重视并加以解决。本论文以国内外优秀的管理文化相关理论为指导,仔细剖析了公司成长过程中企业文化起到的强大助力作用。在对x公司进行详细分析的前提下,进行了问卷调查,以此进行x公司进一步的了解。同时依照企业管理的相关知识,具体分析了x公司的企业文化开展态势以及面临的困境,并给出主要的
