1、XX年工业经济开展目标情况汇报 2023年工业经济开展目标情况汇报2023年是我市全面完成“十二五规划、奋力推进“两个冲刺、加速实现“三个天长的关健之年，更是我们必须紧紧抓住促进天长跨越开展的重要战略机遇期。我们必需要把握时机厚积薄发、乘势而上，赢得更快开展，实现更大跨越。750亿元，规模工业增加值超150亿元，新增规模企业35家，新增亿元企业10家。为实现上述目标，我们着力采取以下几项措施来开展工作。1、大力优化提升六大传统产业，重点促进仪表线缆行业做大做强。在当前新兴产业开展还处于一个刚刚起步开展阶段的时侯，为尽快实现“千亿天长的奋斗目标，在不放松加快开展新兴产业的前提下，认真落实扶强扶优
2、的政策措施，在项目用地、资金投放、财政支持等方面加大扶持力度，重点针对我市的优势产业仪表线缆的开展壮大，制定专门的开展规划。仪表线缆产业在我市有着较雄厚的开展根底、较为完善的配套体系、较为完整的产业链，只要加以引导和整合，就能在“十二五内打造成我市的领军产业。2、大力推动新兴产业，加快转型升级。一是认真落实省、滁州市及我市培育和扶持战略性新兴产业的相关政策，推动其加快开展，成为我市新的经济增长点。二是全面实施六大新兴产业开展方案，将行动方案的目标任务分解落实到重点企业、重大项目、重要新增长点和具体工作举措上。引导各类资源要素向以六大产业为重点的新兴产业、优势产业集中，协调有关部门在项目审批、用
3、地、融资、财税、载体建设等方面予以重点支持，特别是针对今年光伏产业出现的问题，我市及时出台了在设备投资、用电费用、税收奖励、融资信贷上加大扶持的政策，以帮助这个新兴产业度200亿元。3、大力推进以优质项目的建设，来加快经济开展的源动力。一是加快实施一批重点项目。以六大新兴产业项目为主攻方向，加快推进高新项目和新兴项目的实施进度，明年全市实施工业项目投资在60亿元以上，工业项目不少于150项。其中：5000万元以上项目不少于70个，列入滁州市重点调度的的20个亿元峻工投产项目，并确保在今年全部实现投产峻工。着力推进以下重点项目的建设：新余吉阳控股股份的总投资50亿元的年产1920MW高效晶硅太阳
4、能电池项目；安徽天康集团股份的总投资26亿元的年产20亿安时标准纳米钛酸25亿元的30万千瓦风能发电项目；安徽中粮集团天长分公司的总投资5亿元的粮食仓储、物流及其深加工项目; 安徽蓝德集团股份的总投资2亿元的年产10万台智能电动执行仪二期技改项目；安徽富华电子集团的总投资2亿元的年产300万片高亮度二极管外延片项目；安徽金佩机电集团的总投资2.5亿元的年产10万吨汽车发动机零部件技术改造项目；天长市昭田磁电的总投资1.5亿元的年产12023吨节能电子磁性元器件项目等。4、大力推进两化融合和加强帮扶来推动企业加快开展。一是深入开展“两化融合示范企业建设，在今年成功促成金佩集团和电信公司建立了合作
5、关系的根底上，明年将进一步以此为示范带动作用，推进企业信息化和工业化的高层次的深度合作。二是进一步修改和完善市级领导联系帮扶企业制度和市级领导联系帮扶在建重点工业项目制度。以把明年新增规模企业和新的5000万元以上重点项目纳入市级领导重点帮扶范围5、大力推进要素保障建设，破解开展瓶颈，以促进企业加快开展。一是资金要素。继续加强政企、银企对接，加快引进市外股份制银行在我市开设分支机构，加强金融助推，有方案、有组织地开展对战略性新兴产业和中小科技企业等开展的金融效劳。加强金融创新，标准民间融资，大力引进标准基金公司、财务公司，努力推进股权和知识产权质押、科技企业信用互助、信用贷款、信用担保和融资保
