1、2023年普法依法治校工作方案2023年普法依法治校工作方案红原县寄宿制藏文中学2023年3月 红原县寄宿制藏文中学2023年度普法依法治校工作方案一、指导思想：以“三个代表的重要思想为指导，立足本校宏伟目标，全面推进依法治教的总体要求，坚持“依法治国与“以德治国相结合，法制教育与法制实践相结合，在全校广阔师生及家长中，深入开展法制宣传教育，进一步提高广阔师生及家长的法律素质，充分发挥普法在推进依法治教工作中的根底作用，保障和促进教育事业健康开展奠定坚实的根底。结合我校实际情况，现提出2023年度普法工作方案。二、目标与任务：一、目标：根据宪法紧紧围绕教育改革与开展的大局，广泛深入开展法制宣传
2、教育，扎实推进我校依法治校进程，全面提高教育事业的法治化管理水平，使法制教育成为我校教育教学活动的重要内容和有机组成局部，为“依法治国方略和“依法治校战略目标的实现奠定坚实的根底。二、任务：1.尽快制定出我校“六五普法规划，提交校党委审议转发，成立校“六五普法领导小组，抓好“六五普法的组织实施工作。2、继续广泛深入地学习宣传“党的十八大重要思想和党的依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家的根本方略，学习宣传宪法和国家根本法律，学习宣传与公民切身利益密切相关的法律法规知识，注重培养师生的权利义务对等的现代法制观念，提高全社会特别是学校、教师对保护学生合法权利的重视程度，增强师生遵纪守法、维护合法权利的重
3、视程度及维护自身合法权益和民主参与、民主监督的意识。3、紧紧围绕党和国家的中心工作，密切联系我校教育事业改革和开展的需要，积极开展法制宣传教育。要宣传教育法律法规和其他与教育工作相关的法律法规，宣传维护学生合法权益和预防青少年犯罪的法律知识，为全面推进素质教育创造更加良好的法治环境。4、坚持法制教育与法制实践相结合，加强党风廉政建设和行风建设，全面推进依法治校、依法治教，进一步加强教育法制工作制度建设。三、对象与内容：一、对象：学校全体教职员工、全体学生及学生家长等。二、主要内容：1、重点学习和掌握宪法和国家根本法律、教育法律法规、重要的行政法律知识，学习与反腐倡廉有关的法律法规，学习国家新公
4、布的重要法律法规。2、结合师德建设和育人实践，加强对社会主义民主法制理论、教育法律、法规和规章的学习，重点学习教育法、教师法、未成年人保护法、预防未成年人犯罪法等法律以及劳动法、教师资格条例与自身权益密切相关的法律法规。3、学习宪法、劳动法、婚姻法、刑法、治安管理处分条例、未成年人保护法、预防未成年人犯罪法、义务教育法、国家和省禁毒禁赌条例、红十字会法等与青少年密切相关的法律法规，使小学生初步了解与日常生活密切相关的法律常识，养成良好的行为习惯，大力开展未成年人保护法预防未成年人犯罪法的宣传教育，增强其自我保护和抵御社会不良影响的能力。4、学习宪法中关于公民根本权利和义务知识、教育法、义务教育
5、法、未成年人保护法、预防未成年人犯罪法等内容，提高依法维护子女合法权益的意识与能力，并自觉遵守法律规定，依法送子女上学，接受九年义务教育，依法保护少年儿童的身心健康。四、步骤与方法：一、步骤：三月份：召开会议制定方案； 组织师生学习中小学教师职业道德标准和中小学生日常行为标准； 四月份：举行诚信演讲比赛。2.评选、表彰一批“校园绿色卫生平安小天使。五月份：1.举行公民道德建设系列国旗下讲话和“我是荣耀的升旗手活动；2.举行师德演讲比赛。六月份：召开学生家长会，宣传普法知识； 总结上半年普法教育和依法治校工作。九月份：召开领导小组会议，部署下半年工作； 邀请法制副校长作法制报告。十月份：“学法守
6、法，做诚信的小公民演讲比赛师生；十一月份：党风廉政建设和行风建设先进事迹报告会。十二月份：表彰优秀集体、优秀个人；总结本年度普法教育和依法治校工作。二、方法：1.普治并举，整体推进。2.典型引路，分类指导。3.多种途径，广泛宣传。4.针对实际，狠抓落实。五、组织领导与保障措施：1.建立健全领导机构和工作机构。2.建立和实行法制教育工作责任制。3.推行教育法宣传教育工作评价考核制。4.落实经费保障。六、加强领导，确保“六五普法全面启动实施。1、健全组织机构，明确工作职责。加强学校法制机构建设，确定专门机构管理教育法制工作。切实承当起具体组织实施“六五普法规划的职责，逐步建立完善各级法制宣传教育工
7、作的考核评估、监督鼓励等机制。2、保障普法经费。订阅法律报刊、图书、音像资料，办好宣传窗和学校网站。保证普法培训等各项法制宣传教育活动的顺利进行。3、加强普法队伍建设。学校成立普法领导小组，充分发挥法制副校长的作用。邀请法制副校长普法教育每学期至少一次。做到有教案、有讲稿、有记录。鼓励师生参加普法宣传志愿者队伍，参与法律进社区、法律进家庭等活动，积极开展法律宣传和法律援助工作。4、建立法制宣传教育信息报送制度。实行法制信息季报制度。同时做好普法资料的积累和搜集工作。 总之，普法工作要贯穿于整个学校工作中，要落在实处，学校各部门要齐抓共管，各负其责，使我校早日迈入综合治理先进学校的行列。红原县寄
