3、 to the need for job-matching in the era of Industry 4.0,the ageing population and the negative impact of the separation of the general and vocational sectors,the German government has made a series of attempts to strengthen career guidance and career education for citizens and launched the Educatio
4、n Chain programme in 2010.The Education Chain is based on four core components:potential analysis,career orientation,transition measures and support training,as well as two important support tools:the Career Start Support Project and the Career Choice Pass.The Education Chain is supported by a syste
5、m of institutional promotion at government level,strict legal regulations and economic support.This shows that the German government is building a positive social and vocational ecological environment,moving from phase-intervention vocational guidance to lifelong preventive education,showing the str
