4、Foshan528000,Guangdong,China)Abstract:For a reduced cracks in laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)fabricated tungsten,the W-21Re-C alloy wasprepared by rhenium and carbon alloying in tungsten matrix.The formability,microstructure and mechanical propertiesof W-21Re-C alloy were studied.The results showed th

5、at the LPBF process parameter window of W-21Re-C alloy wasnarrow,and there were a certain amount of holes and cracks.The cracks were reduced compared with LPBF puretungsten.The W2C substructures,with hexagonal close-packed structure,were formed in the LPBFed W-21Re-C alloy.Because of the rapid solid

6、ification,the substructures were presented as dendrite and cellular structures.Rhenium in thealloy was mainly presented as forming solid solution in the tungsten matrix.Moreover,there was also a certain amountof rhenium between the dendrite arm as well as at the intracellular region of the W2C subst
