3、 graphite(EG)and aluminum hydroxide(ATH)to NR.The effects of TGD/DMMP/EG/ATHcompound flame retardants on the flame retardancy,thermal stability and physical and mechanical pro-perties of NR vulcanizate were investigated.The re-sults showed that TGD/DMMP/EG/ATH compoundflame retardant could effective
4、ly improve the flameretardancy and thermal stability of NR vulcanizates,and reduce the heat release rate during combustion.When the amount of TGD/DMMP/EG/ATH com-pound flame retardant was 60 phr(mass),the limit-ing oxygen index of NR vulcanizates could reach28.4%,the mass fraction of carbon residue
5、couldreach 25.61%,the heat release rate and total heatrelease amount of NR vulcanizates could be reducedby 95%and 21%.TGD/DMMP/EG/ATH compoundflame retardant had little effect on the physical andmechanical properties of NR vulcanizates.Key words:naturalrubber;phosphozapine/triazinediphenylsynergisti

7、40 kt,同比下降16.4%;非油SBR为200 kt,同比下降11.0%;耐油SBR为140 kt,同比下降23.1%;胶乳SBR为105 kt,同比下降16.0%。此外,2022年12月,日本合成橡胶产品总量为121kt,同比下降12.7%。其中,固体SBR为31 kt,同比下降15.7%;非油SBR为20 kt,同比下降17.1%;耐油SBR为11 kt,同比下降83.2%;胶乳SBR为8 kt,同比下降15.7%。其他橡胶方面,丁腈橡胶产品总量为8 kt,同比下降21.7%;氯丁橡胶为12 kt,同比增长9.8%;BR为24 kt,同比下降22.3%;塑胶橡胶为18 kt,同比下降4.0%。王健等.基于磷杂菲衍生物多组分无卤阻燃天然橡胶的制备及性能93
