6、d pipe andreduce the residual stress in the pipe.Keywords:residual stress;stand-off;casing thread joint;ovality;straight welded pipe;seamless pipe1项目概况某钢管生产企业生产的高频电阻焊套管在产品质量抽检过程中,两个批次套管中各有1根产品外螺纹接头紧密距超出标准要求。现对这两个批次的高频电阻焊套管进行紧密距影响因素研究,分析高频电阻焊套管紧密距超标的可能原因,并提出预防措施。套管试样编号见表1。2试验数据分析2.1残余应力检测对抽检套管试样分别采用环

10、螺纹接头检验结果见表4,11#18#内螺纹接头检验结果见表5。内螺纹表面存在加工毛刺、锈蚀等,外螺纹表面存在机械损伤和锈蚀等,如图 5 所示。表面有损伤或严重锈蚀的螺纹接头未检验螺纹参数,用于残余应力检测。图5螺纹表面毛刺、损伤和锈蚀2.3上/卸扣试验对检验螺纹参数后的套管试样进行上/卸扣试验,试验条件见表6,共进行3次上扣、2次卸扣,试验结果见表7。2.4拉伸至失效试验对上扣后的套管试样进行拉伸至失效的试验,结果见表8,典型拉伸曲线如图6所示。除焊接堵头处断裂外,所有试样的断裂位置均在外螺纹螺纹消失点附近,拉伸失效后试样如图7所示。套管的连接强度均满足标准要求。郭涛等:高频电阻焊套管紧密距影
