6、后,国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)在第 110 号出版物(2009 年)和第143 号出版物(2020 年)中发布了用于剂量系数计算的体素参考计算体模(VRCPs)系列。基于真人 CT 图像的 VRCPs 改进了解剖学和剂量学,而不是在 2007 年建议之前用于剂量系数计算的老式数学(或风式化)体模。然而,这种由体素大小固定的体素组成的体素体模在表示某些解剖结构,特别是那些比体素尺寸更小或更薄的体素体模时仍有局限性。因此,VRCPs 不能对某些照射情况(主要是弱贯穿辐射)产生准确/可靠的剂量系数。鉴于 VRCP 的局限性以及基于网格式的前沿体模技术的出现,委员会成立了第 103 工作组,以开发
