3、严峻的是,由于妊娠期生理状态改变,孕妇对食盐的摄入量较平日明显增加,因此该项研究有着重要的研究价值。藏医学中隆、赤巴、培根三者紊乱失调是小儿疾病的病因。导致小儿肺炎的病缘有母缘与子缘,母缘是由于母亲的饮食起居不当所导致的,其中高盐饮食是主要母缘之一。经研究发现,高原地区小儿重症肺炎占同期住院肺炎患儿中的比例高达 23.35%。除高原地区的特殊环境影响外,孕妇的高盐饮食对儿童健康影响较大。古往今来的藏医学界学者尚无对妊娠期高盐饮食诱发小儿肺炎的关联性进行专门研究。为探究藏医学对妊娠期高盐饮食与小儿肺炎之间的关联性,基于 2022 年 3 月 10 日至 5 月 10 日对西藏、青海、四川和云南等

4、地的 80 名已育妇女进行了问卷调查,通过统计学方法分析得出上述地区 75%80%的小儿肺炎的发病与妊娠期的高盐饮食关联性较高,得出藏医学对妊娠期高盐饮食可诱发小儿肺炎为主的妊娠高血压等并发症的结论。因此,在妊娠期控制食盐摄入量并开展健康教育对防治小儿肺炎等疾病有重要意义。关键词:妊娠期;高盐饮食;小儿肺炎作者简介:尕措加(1994-),女,藏族,青海同德人,青海大学藏医学院 2021 级硕士研究生。研究方向:藏医养生学研究。*通讯作者:贡却坚赞(1965-),男,藏族,青海贵德人,医学博,青海大学藏医学院教授,博士生导师。研究方向:藏医养生与公共健康研究。On the Relationshi

6、uires no more than 6-g of salt per day.However,the daily salt intake of most people has exceeded the standard of a healthy low-salt diet.What is more serious is that due to the physiological changes during pregnancy,the intake of salt by pregnant women is significantly higher than usual,so it has im

7、portant research value.The cause of pediatric diseases in Tibetan Medicine is the disorder of“rLung”,“mKhris”and“Bad-kan”.The causes of children disease conclude maternal and children improper diet related disease factors,among maternal improper diet factors which high-salt diet is one of the main o

8、nes.The study found that severe pneumonia in children at high altitude accounted for 23.35%of hospitalized children with pneumonia in the same period.In addition to the special environmental impact of the plateau area,the high-salt diet of pregnant women had a greater impact on childrens health.Sinc

9、e ancient times,previous scholars in Tibetan Medicine have not conducted special research on the relationship between infantile pneumonia caused by high-salt diet during pregnancy.In order to explore the relationship between infantile pneumonia induced by high-salt diet during pregnancy,this study i

10、nterviewed 80 Tibetan pregnant women from Qinghai,Sichuan and Yunnan from March 10 to May 10,2022.It is concluded that 75%-80%of children from above areas,which incidence of pneumonia related to the high-salt diet during pregnancy.It is concluded that high-salt diet during pregnancy can induce pneum
