2、仓库，占地约 500m2。建筑师的任务是将极度缺乏光线的仓库改造成阳光充足的活动场所。他们在空间中插入了一系列精心布置的白色体量，这些新的体量充当光筒的同时也增加了新的空间，满足新功能的需求。简洁的白色体量与原有的屋顶桁架结构并置。新的体量特意与原有结构发生碰撞和交织，与此同时，它们对原始屋顶结构保持了最大的尊重。一座新插入的“桥”横跨大厅，将建筑内的其余空间划分为活动空间、咖啡区和吧台区，而在“桥”上则包含了办公空间。10m长的吧台被波纹不锈钢包裹，欢迎着客人们的到来。在吧台区和厨房上方的二层，绿意盎然的室内花园休息区提供了主空间的绝佳视野。二层的曲面墙背后是 1 间供业主使用的私人茶室，茶
3、室墙壁上狭长的水平开口打造了望向主厅的取景框。在曲面墙背后，日光透过 3 个屋顶天窗射入，沿着锥形空间的墙壁洒向地面。曲面墙的外侧则被用作了多媒体投影的幕布。建筑师对建筑物外表皮做了最小化的干预，这是我们为节约成本不得不做出的第一个决定。过半儿gubner针对漳州炎热潮湿的气候，在不使用常规空调系统的情况下，为宽敞的主空间量身定制了一种被动冷却策略。由于缺乏动态气流模拟的预算，我们不得不尽可能地依赖实践经验。从原始的木制枢轴窗获取灵感，新的大悬窗为建筑物带来了通透感，并提供了充足的自然通风。天窗顶部的大型排风扇不断地从室内抽取热空气，在建筑内形成了连续的低速气流，从而达到自然的冷却效果。除此之
4、外，多个悬挂在屋顶上的吊扇进一步增加了连续不断的空气流动。最后，在现有砖墙上插入了几个垂直的长条状开口，使得即使在大悬窗不得不关闭的下雨天，建筑也能拥有持续的自然通风。我们的业主亦表示，即便在室外温度远高于 30C 的日子里，我们的被动冷却策略也能发挥很好的作用。厨房区和洗手间都安装了常规的空调系统。在二层办公区矮墙的内侧以及花园休息区的吊顶上，辅助的空调出风口可以在炎热的天气里进一步为办公室和休息区降温。所有空调管道都必须在非常有限的吊顶空间内解决，使一层和二层都能够获得足够的净高。项目开工后不久，由于福建漳州的疫情防控限制，我们无法前往工地现场。因此，我们的业主安装了 6个网络摄像头，使我
5、们能够每天远程查看工地的进度。此外，我们设定了一套工地管理系统，施工总包必须提交每日现场报告。尽管没有驻场建筑师，但在认真负责的业主的帮助下，我们成功地完成了这个项目。“棒棒糖”大厅作为单一功能的场所运营，没有隔墙或共享空间，为私人聚会提供独享、不受打扰的服务。它打造了独一无二的“空画布”式活动场地和个性化聚会空间的混合。人们在活动的间隙可以随意在场地中央拍照，记录值得分享的时刻并上传到社交媒体。保留建筑物的原有魅力而不是简单的修复，是对于新体量插入的至关重要的理念。新的体量清晰地将自己凸显出来，同时为老旧的仓库增加了空间的变化。业主漳州慕兰文化传播有限公司主持建筑师孙敏、ChristianT

11、Large fan units placed at the top of the skylights constantly extract hot air creating a low-velocity airflow within the facility,which provides a natural cooling effect.Additional ceiling fans support the constant flow of air.Several long vertical slot open-ings inserted into the existing brick wal
12、ls provide continuous ventilation in case the oversized windows have to stay closed on rainy days.Conventional air conditioning is installed in the kitchen area and the washrooms.Additional air conditioning outlets are integrated on the inner side of the bridge,as well as the ceiling of the garden l
13、ounge to semi-cool down the office and lounge area on hot days.The ducts had to be realized within a very slim ceiling package to realize a 2-story building volume with sufficient clear heights.Shortly after the project went on-site,covid restrictions in Zhangzhou made it impossible for us to visit
14、the construction site.So our client installed 6 internet cameras,enabling us to review the sites progress remotely.In addition,we implemented a routine where the contractor had to submit a daily site report.Without an additional local site architect,but with the help of our very committed client,we
15、managed to complete the project.The Bonbon Town hall operates as a single-use venue without partition walls or shared spaces giving private parties exclusive,uninterrupted focus and attention.It provides a mix of blank canvas venue zones and individualized gathering spaces.Memorable and unique break
16、s during all-day events take center stage to become picture-taking oppor-tunities and social media-worthy moments.Preservation of the existing charm of the building rather than restoration was vital to the concept of inserting new building volumes which clearly distin-guish themselves while adding spatial variations to the former storage hall.The 500 m2 former storage hall for granulated sugar,now dubbed Bonbon Town,is located on the former Yulan Sugar Factory grounds in an up-and-coming industr
