6、1998IassumedandfulfilledasewageanalysisdisposeprojectforNanjingsewagetreatmentplant.Thiswasmyfirstpracticetoconvertalaboratoryideatoacommercialproduct.In1999IjoinedthedistinguishedProfessorYu-GengXisresearchgroupaimingatNetworkflowproblemsolvingandHeuristicalgorithmresearch.SoonIwasengagedintheFuDan
7、GeneDatabaseDesign.Mydutywastopickuptheusefulinformationamongdifferentkindsofgenematchingformat.ThroughthecomparisonandanalysisformanyheuristicalgorithmsIintroducedanimprovedevolutionaryalgorithm-Multi-populationGeneticAlgorithm.Bydividingawholepopulationintoseveralsub-populationsthisimprovedalgorit

9、socontinuouscircumstances.TomakeabalancepointbetweenoptimizationqualityandtimecostIproposedaDynamiclayeredSchedulingmethodbasedonhybridPetriNets.Thepracticalapplicationshowedthattheaveragemakespanwasshortenedbyalargescale.Ialsopublicizedtwopapersincorejournalswiththisidea.RecentlyIamdoingresearchint
10、heCompositePredictoftheElectricalPowersystemassistedwiththetechnologyofDataMiningforBaoSteel.ItrytocombinetheDecisionTreewithRecedingOptimizationtoprovideanewsolutionfortheCompositePredictiveProblem.Thisprojectisnowunderconstruction.BesidesInJuly2022IgottheopportunitytogivealectureinEnglishinAsiaCon
11、trolConference(ASCC)whichisoneofthetop-levelconferencesamongtheworldintheareaofcontrolandautomation.InmysenioryearImetProf.Xiao-SongLinavisitingprofessorofmathematicsfromUniversityofCalifornia-RiversideIlearnedgraphtheoryfromhimformynetworkresearch.TheseexperiencesallrapidlyexpandedmyknowledgeofEngl
