1、天道酬勤个人落实党风廉政责任制自检自查报告 个人落实党风廉政责任制自检自查报告2023年度个人落实党风廉政建设责任制 自检自查材料 xxx纪委书记 xxx 2023年12月12日 根据区委办关于对2023年度党风廉政建设责任制工作进行检查考核的通知要求，本人对一年来个人及分管单位在落实责任制、廉洁从政方面的情况进行了认真梳理。现将自查情况简要汇报如下，不当之上敬请各位领导批评指正。一、思想政治及学习方面 思想是行动的指南，只有树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观、权力观，才能切实履行好党的政治纪律、组织纪律、经济纪律和群众纪律。为此，我始终把提高自己的政治思想素质作为学习的重要内容，不放松对自身思
2、想的改造，紧跟党委政府步伐，认真学习党的理论知识和业务知识。先后学习了局部江泽民文选、党章学习读本、全国保持共产党员先进性教育活动与党的先进性建设理论研讨会入选论文集、领导干部作风建设读本、党员干部廉洁从政手册和纪检干部工作手册、中国共产党党内监督条例、中国共产党纪律处分条例、行政机关公务员处分条例、xxx市行政机关及其公务员行政不作为问责方法、xxx区行政机关及其工作人员过错责任追究方法等理论业务书籍及党纪条规，不断丰富自己的理论水平和业务水平。在党的十七大召开后，我认真学习了十七大报告和十七大党章修正案学习问答，并撰写了心得体会。通过学习，自己的廉洁从政意识和依法行政意识进一步增强；紧跟党
3、的领导，大力建设社会主义新农村的信心和决心更加坚决。二、工作成效方面 根据乡党委的安排，我分管的主要工作是纪检、监察、政法和统战工作。年初由于班子成员变动，曾兼顾分管过党务、组织和人事工作。在完成好党委政府中心工作同时，我始终不放松抓廉政工作，按照兼顾全局、突出重点的工作方法，先后起草了xxx乡2023年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作实施意见、xxx乡2023年党风廉政宣传教育实施方案、xxx乡2023年党风廉政工作目标、党风廉政教育月活动实施方案、信访举报制度及xxx乡村两委议事决策制度等一系列文件和规章制度，不断细化全乡党风廉政工作。为提高干部职工廉洁自律意识，起草了xxx乡机关公务员事业工作人
4、员勤政廉政责任书，将勤政廉政有关要求分项纳入干部职工考核内容，为乡党委全面考核干部职工提供了依据。在区纪委和乡党委的大力支持下，建立了网上纪检监察专栏、法律法规专栏和网上电子举报信箱，拓宽了信访举报渠道和群众监督面。进一步加大村财审计力度，年内两次对村财务进行清理，提高了村干部廉洁从政意识。平时注重发现和了解机关干部职工思想动态，及时开展交心谈心，促进了各项工作的顺利开展。同时，根据乡镇工作实际，在乡党委的统一部署下，建立了xxx乡职工双月考核评比公示制度，开展了两期评比活动，重点将工作纪律、效劳态度、效劳质量、效劳效率和勤政廉政等几个方面纳入双月考核内容。通过评比，年内已树立先进典型8名，黄
5、牌警告2名，做到用身边事身边人教育职工，使大家学有典范，赶有目标。特别是对分管的部门，采取定期与不定期召开学习工作会的方法，带着大家学习党纪条规和业务知识，不断增强大家依法履行职责的使命感和责任感。催促乡纪委班子成员加强对联系村及部门的监督检查，及时发现和解决问题。并充分利用开展乡中心工作的时机和“七.一活动的时机，组织纪委委员为干部职工和广阔农村党员专题讲授廉政党课9场次，使700多名党员受到了教育，大家在讲授廉政党课过程中，自身的廉洁从政意识也有了进一步提高。廉洁奉公、依法行政、遵章守纪的良好风气在全乡进一步是到加强。三、存在问题 1、自己学习理论知识和业务知识的系统性及深度还不到位； 2
6、、在抓全乡廉政宣传工作方面，虽然运用了一些现代手段，但宣传质量还需进一步提高； 3、由于近年乡镇中心工作任务较重，村干部疲于应付，对落实农村基层党风廉政建设的意识有所减弱，对此需要进一步加大工作力度。四、几点建议 1、经过一年来的探索，采取以三级把关的“职工双月考核评比公示制度是及时掌握、发现、解决问题，切实改良乡镇干部作风的有效手段，建议深入开展； 2、以村财务公开为重点的村务、政务公开工作是做好农村基层党风廉政建设的重要手段，要继续完善可操作性强的村财管理制度，并加大培训力度。comprehensive coordination ability, writing ability, supe
