1、党委书记党管武装述职报告 党委书记党管武装述职报告党管武装工作述职职报告各位领导、同志们：在庆祝中国人民解放军建建军78周年之际,召开党管武装工作述职报告告会，我认为这是我们落实“三个代表重要思思想的具体行动，对我们进一一步做好武装工作有十分重要要的意义。一年来，党委紧紧围绕水电生产经经营中心，着眼开展，重点突突出抓基层、打根底、抓队伍伍、重教育，较好地落实了党党管武装的各项制度，民兵预备役工作取得了长足足的进步。现将一年来坚持党党管武装工作情况述职报告如如下，不妥之处敬请批评指正正。一、抓责任落实，不断断增强做好党管武装工作的紧紧迫感和使命感工作中，自自己坚持用党管武装的理论知知识武装头脑，
2、认真贯彻上级级关于国防后备力量建设的指指示要求，自觉落实上级机关关制定的学习制度，积极参加加党委中心组理论学习，全面面履行党管武装的工作职责。作为的党政主要负责责人，我始终坚持做到：武装装部送阅的文件必看，重要的的军事报刊书籍必读，有关武武装工作的法规必学，上级组组织的国防知识竞赛必答。通通过学习领会，使我能及时了了解到上级对武装工作的指示示精神，明确下步工作的方向向，这一切都为抓好武装工作作奠定了坚实的根底。在自己己学的根底上，还注重抓好党党委一班人的学习，组织党委委中心组成员认真学习国防法法规，辅导加强国防后备力量量建设的重要性和必要性，讲讲清落实党管武装是职责所赋赋、任务所需、使命所系，
3、不不断强化大家统筹兼顾的责任任意识。一年来，在厂党委委的领导下，基层各单位坚持持把武装工作纳入工作日程，纳入干部责任考核内容，纳纳入本单位工作总体规划和安安排，党组织负责人是第一责责任人，认真抓好落实，良好好的责任体制、工作体制逐步步形成。二、抓教育引导，加强国防后备力量建设在和平年代，加强国防教育育，增强全民国防忧患意识尤尤为重要。一年来，坚持把国国防教育纳入党委班子学习计方案，纳入全厂教育总体规划划，不断强化全民国防观念。厂党委成立了国防教教育领导小组，提出要求，布布置任务。各单位国防教育领领导小组充分发挥作用，狠抓抓国防教育与后备力量建设，使各项工作落到了实处。一是抓好班子成员的学习。我
4、始终把坚持党管武装原那么那么，加强党对国防后备力量建建设的领导作为一项严肃的政政治任务来抓，一年来，组织织党委成员认真学习党中央、国务院、中央军委关于加强强国防后备力量建设的方针、政策和上级党委、军事机关关的有关指示7次。使班子成成员清醒地认识到进入新世纪纪，和平与开展仍然是时代的的主题，建立稳固的国防是我我国现代化建设的战略任务，是维护国家安全统一和全面面建设小康社会的重要保障。国防后备力量作为国家武装装力量的重要组成局部，是党党领导下的人民武装，是现代代化建设的一支生力军。我和和党委一班人站在政治的高度度，始终不渝地坚持党管武装装这一根本原那么和制度，充分分认清党管武装的极端重要性性，以强
5、烈的政治责任感和时时代使命感，努力加强国防教教育和国防后备力量建设。二是抓好民兵预备役的思想想教育。为保证我厂在编民兵兵在任何时候、任何情况下都都能成为组织上落实、政治上上合格、军事上过硬和“召之之即来、来之能战的坚强队队伍。我们切实加强了对武装装工作政治思想的领导，经常常催促武装部、基层单位组织织民兵预备役人员深入学习“三个代表重要思想以及各各级关于民兵预备役建设的重重大方针原那么，不断深化民兵兵预备役人员对党的最新理论论成果的认识和理解。每年“八一前后，我们以庆祝建建军节为契机，利用假期对全全厂中小学生进行国防知识教教育，采用闭卷考试的形式，不断强化青少年的国防意识识。今年以来，我们开办国
6、防防教育专题播送6期，办黑板板报3期14版，有线播送111次，悬挂横幅15条，张张贴标语33幅，举办国防教教育影片展播2场，受教育人人数达两千多人次。通过大力力开展以爱国主义为核心的全全民国防教育，不断强化全民民国防观念，加强了职工爱岗岗敬业的责任感与使命感，确确保了民兵预备役建设的稳步步推进。三是注重教育方法法的创新。高标准，严要求，把技术培训与生产建设有机机结合起来，我厂、的民兵分别占单位的的417和395，艰巨的生生产任务就落在民兵身上。为为了提高民兵的技术素质，发发挥其突击队的作用，我们每每年有步骤的组织民兵进行岗岗位练兵和形势、目标等教育育，如线路施工大队民兵同志，1997年从调入后
