1、光大环保能源有限公司基层员工流失的原因及对策分析摘要随着改革开放的不断深入,企业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。能源企业是近年来兴起的一个行业。其中,环保能源项目引起了人们的关注和期待。习近平总书记明确指出:“绿水青山就是金山银山。”这说明生态文明建设的重要性和必要性,环境保护能源项目作为生态文明建设项目之一,其作用不容小觑。环保能源项目包括垃圾发电、水环境管理、生物质综合利用、危险废物处理、光伏发电、风力发电、环保工程建设、技术研发、环保设备制造、环保工业园规划建设等.一方面,要保证环保项目与周边环境的和谐共处和可持续发展,另一方面,环保能源项目在保护环境的同时,还要利用回收废水和废渣等回收材料,转化
2、为可以直接由人民用电的能源,为全市电力系统分担很大压力,是真正造福于人民和国家的新兴工业项目。随着经济的快速发展,科技的进步,在能源项目方面,我们也需要不断学习和进步,技术的改革和创新,高科技机器的出现,“抢走”了大批基层工作人员的”铁饭碗”,造成了大量基层工作人员的流失。如何在能源项目中稳步发展,同时又能保证基层员工的”铁饭碗”,是我们目前面临的最大问题。光大环保能源有限公司基层员工流失严重干扰了公司未来的发展规划,因此,完善人力资源管理实践,降低基层员工流失率迫在眉睫。 本文以光大环保能源有限公司为例,采用文献研究、问卷调查、个别访谈等方法,对基层员工流失的现状及原因进行调查分析,并对调查
