1、天道酬勤B超引导下经阴道行卵巢囊肿穿刺术治疗不孕症伴卵巢囊肿的临床效果郑娟 黄晓荣 代学营目的 研究B超引導下经阴道行卵巢囊肿穿刺术治疗不孕症伴卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法 选取2023年12月2023年12月聊城市第四人民医院收治的53例不孕症伴卵巢囊肿患者，经随机数字表法分为A组26例和B组27例。A组进行促排卵治疗，B组实施促排卵治疗+卵巢囊肿穿刺术，比拟两组促排卵情况、临床效果、不良反响发生情况。结果 B组尿促性素HMG用量少于A组，B组用药天数、卵泡期天数均短于A组，B组妊娠率高于A组，B组的临床治疗总有效率高于A组，差异有统计学意义P0.05。结论 在不孕症伴卵巢囊肿治疗中用B超引导下

Conclusion In the treatment of infertility with ovarian cyst， transvaginal ovarian puncture under the guidance of B ultrasound can reduce the dosage of HMG， shorten the days of medication and follicular period， an
