3、前，企业往往对于采购环节的管理没有足够的重视。然而，随着经济全球化的开展，各种竞争越来越剧烈，资源也越来越短缺。因此，为了降低企业的生产本钱，提高综合竞争力，战略联盟作为未来开展过程中一个极其重要的采购模式，是采购开展的方向，所以我们的进一步研究很有价值，从而为全国其他企业的开展提供借鉴。基于国内外学者对于采购管理的研究成果，论文分析了YTZGGJ公司的采购管理的现状，归纳总结了公司采购管理存在的问题，并分析了问题的成因，论证了开展战略联盟采购的必要性和可行性。为了解决YTZGGJ公司在采购管理中出现的问题，论文构建了适合YTZGGJ公司的战略联盟采购管理体系，并对战略联盟采购实施过程中的制度
4、建设、流程梳理、监督考核和人力资源等四个重点环节进行了深入探讨。最后，从组织结构调整、管理制度建设、监督考核评价、人力资源建设四个方面，为公司战略联盟的有效实施制定了保障措施。YTZGGJ公司的战略联盟采购管理模式是新的采购管理模式，管理的方式、组织架构、工作流程、运营管理和规章制度的变革等，都是转变采购管理模式的重要内容，是对公司采购管理的重新构建。实现战略联盟的采购管理模式，必须建立好公司的管理根底。推动战略联盟采购工作，企业必须完善YTZGGJ公司相应的监督检查和鼓励与考核机制，得到公司各级领导和部门的全方位的参与和支持。关 键 词：供给链；采购模式；联盟采购；供给商；SWOT分析论文类
