3、pecification covers the requirements for 1,3 pro-panediol base engine coolants used in automobiles or otherlight-duty service cooling systems.When concentrates are usedat 40 to 70%concentration by volume in water,or whenprediluted glycol base engine coolants(50 volume%mini-mum)are used without furth
