7、n the exposed sealing surface ofthe mechanical pump dispenser is large enough to measure from.4.1 While holding the mechanical pump dispenser with itsaxis in a horizontal plane,place the zero index end of the ruleragainst the bottom of the seal surface.Fig.1dimension“X.”4.2 If needed,straighten the
