8、 material.13.2 ColorThe color shall be equal,within agreed upontolerances,to that of a reference sample agreed upon betweenthe purchaser and the seller.3.3 Coarse ParticlesThe pigment shall contain no morethan 2%of coarse particles,retained on a 45-m(No.325)sieve except as may be agreed upon between
9、 the purchaser andthe seller.3.4 Water-Soluble MatterThe pigment shall contain nomore than 1%water-soluble matter except as may be agreedupon between the purchaser and the seller.3.5 Oil AbsorptionThe oil absorption shall be equal,within agreed upon tolerances,to that of a reference sampleagreed upo
10、n between the purchaser and the seller.3.6 ConsistencyWhen consistency is included in the pur-chasers specification,it shall be equal,within agreed upontolerances,to that of a reference sample agreed upon betweenthe purchaser and the seller.3.7 FinenessThe paint fineness shall be equal,withinagreed
11、upon tolerances,to that of a reference sample agreedupon between the purchaser and the seller.4.Sampling4.1 Two samples shall be taken at random from differentpackages from each lot,batch,days pack,or other unit ofproduction in a shipment.When no markings distinguishingbetween units of production ap
