3、s polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)filled moldingcompounds made with virgin PTFE resins defined in Specifi-cation D4894,as Types II and III.NOTE1This system can be used as a model for other PTFEcompounds having particulate fillers that can survive the sinteringtemperatures of PTFE as can those listed in

4、 this standard.This system isrestricted to virgin PTFE base resin for technical reasons.Recycled orreprocessed material cannot be processed successfully.NOTE2The properties measured on commercially fabricated partsmay differ from the listed values for samples prepared by the proceduresgiven in this
