7、omposition4.1 The composition of coal tar roof cement shall conformto the requirements prescribed in Table 1.5.Performance Requirements5.1 UniformityA thoroughly stirred sample shall show noseparation of solvent or settling that cannot be overcome bymoderate stirring after standing for 72 h at room
8、temperature ina closed container.5.2 WorkabilityThe cement shall be of such a consistencythat it will spread readily and permit troweling smooth coatings1.6 to 3.2 mm(116to18in.)thick on vertical surfaces.5.3 Behavior at 60C(140F)The cement shall show noevidence of blistering,and the sag or slide sh

15、ial and resubmit the lot after removal of thosepackages not conforming to the requirements.10.Packaging and Package Marking10.1 The material shall be suitably packaged to permitacceptance by the carrier and to afford adequate protectionfrom the normal hazards of handling and shipment.10.2 Each conta
