15、o the nearest 0.1%.8.Precision and Bias8.1 In an interlaboratory study of this test method,thewithin-laboratory standard deviation was found to be 0.10%absolute with 28 degrees of freedom and the between-laboratories standard deviation 0.16%absolute with 12 de-grees of freedom based on these standar
