3、ssable molding andextrusion materials of PFA-perfluoro(alkoxy alkane)fluorocar-bon resin.The materials are copolymers of TFE-fluorocarbonresins containing perfluoroalkoxy side chains.These materialswere formerly the subject of this specification and Specifica-tion D6314.1.2 This specification is int

4、ended to provide a means forcalling out plastic materials used in the fabrication of end itemsor parts.It is not intended for the selection of materials.Material selection should be made by those having expertise inthe plastics field after careful consideration of the design andthe performance requi

5、red of the part,the environment to whichit will be exposed,the fabrication process to be employed,thecosts involved,and the inherent properties of the material otherthan those covered by this specification.1.3 This specification does not cover recycled plastics.21.4 The tests involved are intended t
