5、rades 3.1 Three types of tissue for principal uses,as shown in Table I.are covered by this spec-ification.Gradations within a type have devel-oped on the basis of special needs and signifi-cant related tes,as illustrated by Types IB and IC.4.Ordering Information 4.1 Orders for material to this speci
6、fication shall specify paper,kraft dielectric tissue.thick-ness,width,diameter of rolls,type,and accept-able quality level(AQL),in accordance with this specification.Exompnple-Paper,kraft dielectric tissue,0.30 mil(7.6 pm)by 2911 in.(70.6 mm),rolls 6 in.(I50 mm)in outside diameter on I%-in.(29-mm)in
7、side diam-eter core.Type 2,per ASTM Specification D 1930.S.Materials and Manufacture 5.1 This paper shall be made solely of un-bleached sulfate pulp of coniferous origin.All coloring materials and other additives are pro-hibited.5.2 Very high degrees of physical uniformity and cleanliness are essent
8、ial to a satisfactory sheet.6.Chemical Requirements 6.1 The chemical properties of this capacitor tissue shall conform to the requirements pre-scribed in Table 2.7.Physical Requirements 7.I The physical properties of this capacitor tissue shall conform to the requirements pre-scribed in Table 3.as w
9、ell as the apparent density limits prescribed in Table 1.Additional requirements for special applications.and the test methods therefor,shall be as agreed upon by the purchaser and the seller.8.Electrical Requirements 8.1 The electrical properties of this capacitor tissue shall conform to the requir

16、ight of the specimen.9.Condition of Rolls 9.1 Kraft dielectric capacitor tissue shall be supplied in rolls slit to the ordered width within the tolerance specified in Table 5.9.2 Splices shall be made with an adhesive such that the spliced area shall meet all require-ments of Table 2.except the limits on moisture content,and shall also meet the dielectric strength requirement of Table 3.The number of splices permitted shall be agreed upon by the purchaser and the seller.9.3 The internal diameter
