TWA (T wave alternans) as the detection of SCD-like illness is an important indicator of how (non-invasive) to obtain accurate data in a TWA research which is focused on in recent years in the industry.This paper presents a modified
3、 Kalman filter-based (non-steady state) TWA detection algorithm: First of all, preprocessing, filtering noise and baseline drift of ECG; method using wavelet transform modulus extremum of QRS and T waves, see vehicle features location of the point; further alignment and extracts the T wave T wave ma
4、trix; according to the strategy (in accordance with the odd and even) on the T wave matrix re-grouping; Kalman filter were used on two groups of T wave matrix; calculate the difference between two groups of T wave matrix, then the vector modulus maxima to identify the vector through vector maxima mo
5、dules, and makes the mean vector as the testing standards. Through simulation results,this algorithm for the correlation coefficient of TWA detection values and real values reaches 97%, and not only can it test the rate of T wave alternans, but also can identify short-term T wave alternans.key word:

7、45.000 cases in United States, and over 1.8 million cases per year in China Additionally, the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the pressure continued to increase, this figure is constantly increasing because of the increasingly serious environmental pollution and the continued pressure.
8、 As the incidence sudden cardiac death have the character of sudden onset and difficult to rescue once the disease happens, there is little time left for medicine personnel, thus the survival rate is very low. Therefore, the main treatment for sudden cardiac death is the early prediction and interve
9、ntion-based. Clinically, there are two main treatments for the potential risk for people with SCD: invasive and non-invasive method. Invasive method is to use the instigation of electrophysiological methods (Electrophysiology, EP) to detect the size of SCD occurrence, whereby the use of drugs and de
10、fibrillators for treatment. Non-invasive is a method, which includes QT dispersion, averaged electrocardiogram and other prediction methods. Invasive method, has damage on the human body to some extent, high cost, while ECG QT dispersion and the accuracy of the average forecast is not high. The spec
11、ific phenomenon of TWA (T Wave Altenate) T wave alternant is: repeated appearance of T wave morphology and amplitude. Currently, there are two main classifications about TWA detection algorithm: one is the time domain and frequency domain based method and the other is the evolution of algorithm-based classification
13、. Time domain includes: complex demodulation (CD), modified moving average method (MMA), correlation analysis method (CM). Frequency-domain algorithms include: Adam proposed by the energy spectrum analysis (ESM.Energy Spectral Method), Smith made on this basis, the spectral analysis method (SM.Spect
14、ral Method), Laguna further proposed KL + spectral analysis, time-frequency domain analysis, wavelet transform, etc. There are three classifications through the evolution algorithm: Based on the short time Fourier transform, based on non-linear, based on symbolic transformation. Transform algorithm based on symbolic time-domain signal through the sign transform T wave alternans of the criteria include: correlation analysis method (CM), Karhunen-loeve transform (KLT), and statistical detection of Rayleigh detection. Although the
