3、uirements for quality of ready-mixed concrete shall be either as stated in this specification orasorderedbythepurchaser.Whenthepurchasersrequirements,as stated in the order,differ from those in thisspecification,the purchasers requirements shall govern.Thisspecification does not cover the placement,
