6、放式向精准式转变。乡村旅游扶贫因为能充分发挥欠发达地区的资源比较优势，有效地带动贫困人口脱贫致富，因此被国家作为一种新型的“造血式扶贫”方式而大力推进。惠水县好花红村是省级乡村旅游扶贫开发的重点村，随着乡村旅游的发展，减贫效果较为显著，但同时也产生了贫富分化的问题。这就对好花红村的乡村旅游扶贫路径与模式提出了新的要求。本文从精准扶贫视角出发，在对好花红村进行实地调研的基础上，运用定性与定量分析方法，首先分析了好花红村乡村旅游扶贫的现状及效益；其次，精准识别未参与旅游的贫困人口的参与意愿及影响因素、致贫原因、参与障碍及家庭现有资源。并依据精准识别将贫困人口分为五类；再次，在借鉴省内成功的乡村旅游
7、扶贫模式的基础上，为不同类型的贫困人口提出与其相适应的“政府+企业+贫困人口”、“公司+合作社+贫困人口”、“公司+贫困人口”、“政府+贫困人口”、“政府+公司+贫困人口”的五种乡村旅游扶贫模式；最后，针对现阶段好花红村乡村旅游扶贫发展过程中存在的问题，提出对策与建议，以促进其可持续发展。关键词：精准扶贫，乡村旅游扶贫，乡村旅游扶贫模式，好花红村A study on rural tourism poverty alleviation model inunderdeveloped regions based on the precise perspectiveThe Case of HaoHua
