3、前增长一倍多，共计2万余册，成为了提高农民整体文化水平的精神食粮。4、改变陋习，去除精神鸦片2023年以来，在村两委的倡导下，我们注重发挥村级妇女禁赌协会、红白理事会、民事调解委员会等民间组织的作用，有效的制止了农村赌博、封建迷信等精神鸦片对人们思想的侵蚀，改变了过去婚丧事大操大办、铺张浪费的恶习，为化解农村民间纠纷、促进和谐村庄建设奠定了根底。xx村以前的经济社会开展滞后、群众思想落后、根底设施建设后劲缺乏等情况得到了极大改观。目前全村呈现出经济持续健康开展、农民安居乐业、农村社会稳定、农民增收渠道宽广的良好局面。1、抓农村文化活动。上级政府要以村文化效劳中心为根底，以民间文艺队伍为补充，更
