3、r or sellerof new amusement rides or devices as a part of the initial saleor transfer to the first end user.1.2 This specification does not apply to the sale or transferof used amusement rides and devices.2.Information Requirements2.1 The information given in 2.2 and 2.3-2.15.3 shall beincluded wher
4、e applicable on the information plate as specifiedin 2.2 and in the documented operating and maintenanceinstructions to be furnished by the manufacturer or seller,at thetime of sale of each amusement ride or device.2.2 Information PlateA manufacturer-issued informationplate,printed in English,shall
5、be permanently affixed to theride or device in a visible location and shall be designed toremain legible for the expected life of the ride or device.Theplate shall include,but not be restricted to,all applicable itemslisted in 2.2-2.2.8.2.2.1 Ride Serial NumberA manufacturer-issued uniqueidentifying
6、 number or code affixed to the ride in a permanentfashion.2.2.2 Ride Name and ManufacturerA manufacturer-issued unique identifying ride name including the name of themanufacturer by city,state,and country.2.2.3 Ride Model NumberA manufacturer-issued uniqueidentifying number or code assigned to each
7、manufactured typeof ride having the same structural design or components.2.2.4 Date of ManufactureThe date(month and year)determined by the manufacturer that the given ride or devicemet his required construction specifications.2.2.5 Ride SpeedMaximum and minimum revolutions perminute,feet per second
8、,or miles per hour,as applicable.2.2.6 Direction of TravelWhen the proper direction oftravel is essential to the design operation of the ride,themanufacturer shall designate the direction of travel,includingreference point for this designation.2.2.7 Passenger Capacity by WeightMaximum total pas-seng
9、er weight per passenger position and per ride.2.2.8 Passenger Capacity by NumberMaximum totalnumber of adult or child passengers per passenger position andper ride.2.3 Ride DurationThe actual time the ride is in operationor a passenger is exposed to the elements of the ride functionsincluding passen
10、ger restrictions to maximum exposure timeshall be included.2.4 Recommended Balance of Passenger Loading orUnloadingWhen passenger distribution is essential to theproper operation of the ride or device,the appropriate loadingand unloading procedure,with respect to weight distributionshall be provided
11、.2.5 Environmental RestrictionsRecommendations for op-erational restrictions relating to environmental conditions suchas,but not limited to,wind,rain,salt corrosion,and extremeheat or cold.2.6 Recommended Passenger RestrictionsWhere appli-cable,any recommended passenger limitations such as,but notli
12、mited to height,passenger placement,or any other appropri-ate restrictions.2.7 Electrical Power RequirementsTotal electrical powerrequired to properly operate the ride or device designated inwatts and volts,including minimum and maximum voltagelimits.2.8 Mechanical Power RequirementsMinimum horse-po
13、wer necessary to operate ride properly.2.9 Water FlowMinimum/maximum water flow rates.2.10 Static InformationThe following information shallbe provided for the amusement ride or device when it is in anonoperational state with no passengers:height,width,diam-eter,and weight.2.11 Dynamic InformationTh
14、e following informationshall be provided for the amusement ride or device when it isin an operational state:height,width,diameter,and weight.2.12 Trailering InformationEach trailer necessary for thetransport of a portable amusement ride or device shall beprovided with the following information:heigh
15、t,width,length,and weight.2.13 Fastener ScheduleA manufacturer issued schedulefor the correct grade,torque,and placement of all fastenersused in the assembly,or erection,or both,of the ride or device.2.14 Load Distribution per FootingMaximum static load-ing and maximum dynamic loading of each footin
