3、ereafter referred to as dishwashers.Dishwashersmay have remote or self-contained booster heater.This proce-dure does not address cleaning or sanitizing performance.1.2 This test method is applicable to both hot water sanitiz-ing and chemical sanitizing rack conveyor machines,whichinclude both single

4、 tank and multiple tank machines.Racklessconveyors(i.e.flight type machines)are included.Dishwashertank heaters are evaluated separately from the booster heater.Machines designed to be interchangeable in the field from hightemp and low temp(i.e.Dual Sanitizing Machines)and viceversa,shall be tested

5、at both settings.Machines should be setfor factory settings.If a dishwasher includes a prewash tankheater as an option,energy should be submetered separately forthe prewash tank heater.This test method may be used fordishwashers with steam coil tank or booster heat,but notdishwashers with steam inje

6、ction tank or booster heat.Whenthe test method specifies to use the data plate or manufacturersrecommendations,instructions,specifications,or requirements,the information source shall be used in the following order ofpreference and documented in the test report:data plate,usermanual,communication wi
