5、agraphe 10.3 par ce qui suit:10.3 Caractristiques relatives la rgulation de la vitesseLes rgulateurs de vitesse des moteurs dentranement doivent tre tels quils main-tiennent automatiquement la vitesse,avec un cart transitoire ne dpassant pas 10%etun cart continu ne dpassant pas 5%,lorsque la charge
6、assigne est brusquementdclenche et lorsque les 50%de la charge sont brusquement enclenchs,suivis aprsun court intervalle par les 50%restants de la charge,moins que dautres valeurs devariation brusque de la charge ne soient spcifies.On peut considrer lenclenchement des charges en fractions de valeurs
7、 diffrentes decelles indiques ci-dessus pour atteindre la valeur de 100%de la valeur assigne.Pourtant,lapplication de la charge en plus de deux fractions ne doit tre permise que siles dispositions des circuits principaux du navire autorisent lusage des moteursdentranement ne pouvant prendre la charg
8、e quen plus de deux fractions et pour autantque ceci a t prvu au niveau de la conception.Chaque moteur dentranement doit tre muni dun dclencheur de survitesse fonctionnantpour une vitesse ne dpassant pas les 15%de la vitesse assigne et possdant undclenchement manuel.Quand les gnratrices entranes doi

12、clause 10.3 by the following:10.3 Governing characteristicsGovernors on prime-movers shall be such that they will automatically maintain the speedwithin a transient variation of 10%and a steady-state variation not exceeding 5%whenrated load is suddenly thrown off and when 50%load is suddenly thrown
13、on,followedafter a short instant by the remaining 50%load,unless other sudden load changes arespecified.Consideration may be given to the throwing on of loads in portions of which the valuesdiffer from those stated above in order to reach the 100%rated load condition.However,application of the load
14、in more than two steps shall be permitted only if theconditions within the ships mains permit the use of such prime-movers which can beloaded in more than two load steps only and provided that this has already been allowedfor at the design stage.Each prime-mover shall be fitted with an emergency ove
15、rspeed device which will operateat a speed not more than 15%above rated speed and has provision for tripping by hand.Where the driven generators are required to operate in parallel,the governor charac-teristics shall comply with the requirements of 5.2 and 6.2.NOTES1 See also ISO 8528-5:1993,Recipro
