10、 on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields.To this end and in addition to other activities,IEC publishes International Standards,Technical Specifications,Technical Reports,Publicly Available Specifications(PAS)and Guides(hereafter referred to as“IEC Publicat
