10、健康教育,对照组给予二甲双胍口服,观察组在对照组基础上加皮下注射利拉鲁肽,治疗 12 周。比较两组治疗前后体格指标、血糖、血脂、炎性因子及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后观察组腰臀比、体质指数、空腹血糖、餐后 2 h 血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、血甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及甘油三酯葡萄糖指数均低于对照组,空腹胰岛素、胰岛 细胞功能指数和高密度脂蛋白高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 利拉鲁肽可降低患者体重、血糖、血脂和炎性因子,改善胰岛 细胞功能,且安全性较好。关键词 利拉鲁肽;超重/肥胖;2 型糖尿病;新诊断中图分类号 R587.1 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1672-6170(202
