7、孕妇血清中肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子 6(TAF6)、踝蛋白-1(Talin1)的表达水平，以及评估两者对不良妊娠结局的预测价值。方法:收集2020 年1 月至2022 年1 月在本院接受治疗的94例子痫前期孕妇作为子痫前期组，另选取同时间健康的 70 例孕妇作为对照组。将子痫前期组根据妊娠结局分为不良组和正常组。通过实时荧光定量 PC(qT-PC)检测各组血清 TAF6、Talin1 的相对表达水平;并对子痫前期孕妇不良妊娠结局的影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析;绘制受试者工作特征(OC)曲线分析血清 TAF6、Talin1 水平对子痫前期孕妇不良妊娠结局的预测价值。结果:与对照组相比，子痫前期
8、组TAF6 水平和 Talin1 相对表达量显著升高(P 0 05);且子痫前期组妊娠结局总不良率显著高于对照组(P 0.05)。单因素分析结果表明，血压、24 h 尿蛋白定量、TAF6 水平和 Talin1 水平均是影响子痫前期孕妇不良妊娠结局的因素(P 0 05);多因素 Logistic 回归分析结果显示，血清 TAF6、Talin1 高表达是影响子痫前期孕妇不良妊娠结局的危险因素;OC 曲线结果显示，血清 TAF6 和 Talin1 预测子痫前期孕妇不良妊娠结58局曲线下面积(AUC)分别为 0 835、0 872，当两者联合时其 AUC 为 0 931，高于两者单独预测(P 0 05
