6、?你多大了? - Nine.九岁。13- What are they?它们是什么?- They are pigs.它们是猪。They是代词,用来代替复数概念的名词,意为“他/她/它们”,其后的谓语动词也应该用复数。What are they?此句是由what引导的特殊疑问句,用来询问复数概念的东西是什么。回答时常用They are.“它们是”。What are they是一句使用be动词are作谓语动词的特殊疑问句。【例句】- What are they?它们是什么?- They are bees.它们是蜜蜂。二、核心语法【知识梳理】1.特殊疑问句:Wh-question / How many

7、.?我们已学过,How many.?是用来询问数量的特殊疑问句。how many后面必须接可数名词的复数形式。如果要询问不可数名词的数量,则要用how much。我们来看看how many和how much用法的相同点与不同点吧。A.相同点(1)两者都可以口语化,作为简略句。【例句】- How many?有多少个? - Six.六个。- How much?多少钱?- Sixty.六十。(2)两者都解释为“多少”,用来询问数量。【例句】- How many people went to Hainan this year?今年多少人去了海南?- Tens of thousands of peopl

8、e.数以万计的人。 - How much water is there in the bowl?碗里有多少水? - Not too much.不多了。B.不同点(1)how many引导的特殊疑问句其后必须是可数名词的复数形式。how much引导的特殊疑间句表示“多少”时,其后是不可数名词。(2)how much意为“多少钱”时,可单独使用,也可构成词组how much money,但英语中常省略money,用来询问某物的价钱、价格。【例句】- How much is the table?这个桌子多少钱?- Two hundred yuan.二百元。【注意】疑问句中,some变any(寻求肯

9、定回答时,some不用变化any)I变 you,my 变your,we变you,our变your否定句中,有be或can时,后面加not,没有be或can 时,借用dont或doesnt。一般疑问句中,找be或can ,有则提前,没有,借用do/does。2名词的复数形式pigs,cats,ducks,这些单词在词尾加s,表示数量是两个或两个以上,这就叫做名词的复数形式。前面我们已经初步了解了名词的复数,本单元继续学习巩固名词的复数形式。名词从单数变成复数的规则如下:(1)一般在名词词尾加-s【例如】map-maps地图 bird-birds鸟 orange-oranges橘子 bike-bi

10、kes自行车(2)以s,x,ch,sh结尾的名词加-es【例如】peach-peaches桃子 box-boxes盒子 class-classes班级 watch-watches手表(3)以辅音字母加y结尾的名词,变y为i加-es【例如】baby-babies婴儿 family-families家庭(4)以元音字母加y结尾的名词直接加-s【例如】boy-boys男孩 toy-toys玩具(5)以字母fe或f结尾的名词,把fe或f变为v加-es【例如】leaf-leaves树叶 knife-knives小刀三、综合训练【知识梳理】1回答问题特点:(1)标出题目关键词,知道提问的是什么,选择对应的
