However, as we are no longer in production TB -266, I wrote you a mail in March 17th, told you the truth, and recommended TB-366 ,which is the item you received, as a substitute. Then you
15、 answered my mail in March 20th and confirmed that you agree to order TB-366 instead of TB-266. Please see the attached screens of your mail. According to this situation, I am afraid we cannot accept your complaint and offer any compensation as it is not our fault. By the way we all know that the two models are not very different and TB-366 is currently more popular in your market. I believe it would not cause you a big loss.
