13、loyment on mailand China.3. 乙方来中国时，请确保带上最高学历证书原件、教师资格证原件以及无犯罪记录原件以通过政府职能部门的审核。假设无法提供原件或遭政府职能部门拒绝，甲方将无法为乙方进行居留许可申请并意味着聘用关系的提前终止。同时，乙方入境后需进行健康检查和警察局面谈，如因身体原因或在中国境内曾有非法工作/犯罪行为等因素无法办理居留许可的，甲方唯有解除合约。While coming to China to begin employment, Party B must bring their original highest university diploma, o
14、riginal teaching certificate and original police background check as requested by the Foreign Expert Bureau.Failure to bring these original documents or rejection by Government Bureaus for any reason will prevent Party A from being able to apply resident permit for Party B and willresult in early te
15、rmination of the employment relationship.
