If there is any default penalty or compensation or expenses incurred due to the breach of Party B and/or any due amount that Party B fails to pay， Party A may deduct such default penalty or compensation or expense
15、s or due amount from the deposit.9.3在本合同期限内，如有任何应由乙方支付的违约金、赔偿金、费用和/或其他应付款项，甲方可直接从保证金中予以扣除，乙方应在接到甲方书面通知后五(5)天内补足该局部保证金。During the lease term， if there is any default penalty， compensation or expense and/or any other due amount that shall be paid by Party B， Party A may deduct such amount from the dep
16、osit and Party B shall， within five (5) days after Party A so notifies.十、大厦及承租区域的交付状态：The state of the Premises when delivery ：甲方按现状交楼，具备办公条件。Party A will deliver the Premises at as-it-is basis， which satisfies the conditions as office.十一、甲方的权利义务：Party AS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITES：11.1甲方在本租赁合同规定的期限内将房屋交
