10、生做讲师,本科毕业的做助教。我个人认为面试应该分四步走,下面我简要的介绍一下面试的四部曲:第一部,能讲话,听过老师的根底知识的讲解很多同学能简要的说出核心内容,但是答题时间短,没有像样的连接词,不成句,不完整。第二部,能完整的说出意思,心中有很多想法,会犹豫,不知道哪个是对的,不知道该不该说,有的时候想说的会忘记,根本能根本完整的答题。第三部,能够顺畅的答复完问题,甚至经常超时,能够流畅的答题。第四部,成为考场高手,有开头有结尾,有点缀性的语言,能够取得考场前三名。面试四部走是我在多年教学中的感受,有的老师你觉得他的讲授很华美,但是没有用,听完他的课程你讲不出来他那样的语言。教育是责任,想要完成这四步走,一般需要1个月左右的时间,希望大家都能如愿以偿,取得好的成绩。
