3、 building elements to those who have limitations in physicalability.As a result of the technological response to the need for greater adaptability ofplumbing components for accessibility purposes,this Standard and others are being preparedby the ASME Standards Committee A112,Standardization of Plumb
4、ing Materials andEquipment.This Standard relates to performance requirements for movable and pivoting lavatory andsink carrier systems.Such systems allow the user to adjust the location of a lavatory orsink upwards and downwards,from side-to-sidc,and/or front-to-back in order to maximizethe ease of
5、use of the fixture.Some products also pivot to allow greater ease of fixtureuse.The performance tests within this document were determined to bc commensurate withnormal fixture use.This Standard was based on a standard that was developed by an ad hoc Committec ofthe International Association of Plum
