13、This Standard was previously numbered ANSI/HTI B173.6-1991.The AmericanNational Standards Committee B107,Socket Wrenches and Drives,under sponsorship of TheAmerican Society of Mechanical Engineers,was reorganized as an ASME Standards CommitteeanditstitlewaschangedtoHandToolsandAccessories.In1996,the
