6、he original draft was prepared in February of 1962 and distributed to manu-facturers of the item for comment.Suggestions for revision were received and incorporated in subsequent drafts,and the material was finally approved by the CCPA Standards Committee in March of 1963.The material appearing in t
7、his standard is based on sound engineering practice and reflects the requirements of the industry.It was submitted to the American Standards Association,now the American National Standards Institute,for promul-gation as an American Standard in May of 1963.Technical Committee No.1 of American Nationa
