16、 Trade Organization Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT)Committee.1 4.Summary of Test Method4.1 A capacitor discharge is produced between the flat,ground surface of the disk specimen and a conically shapedelectrode.The discharge is terminated at a predeterminedintensity of a selected iron line,or at a predetermined time,andthe relative radiant energies of the analytical lines are recordedand converted to mass fractions.4.2 Carbon,phosphorus,sulfur and tin emit in the vacuumultraviolet region.The abs
