3、finishes used on noncombustible substrates aboardship(Note 1).In particular,these include surface finishesintended for use in ship construction such as deck surfacingmaterials,bulkhead and ceiling veneers including any adhe-sives used to fasten the veneers to the bulkheads and ceilings,paints,and ex
