12、3.2.2 index property test,nin erosion control,a standardtest that may be used to compare the relative material proper-ties of erosion control products.4.Summary of Practice4.1 A representative sample of dry HECP is mixed withwater in an amount corresponding to the desired mixing rate.The resulting s
