7、 the property;sounds an alert whenanomalies detected;accessibility via the Internet.2.1.2 authentication,vverifying the identity of a user foran access control device that ensures the individual using thedevice is authorized access.2.1.3 authorityhavingjurisdiction(AHJ),ntheorganization,office,or in
8、dividual responsible for issuingpermits,approving layout drawings,equipment,enforcing therequirements of a code or standard or approving materials,aninstallation or procedure.Usually the AHJ is the building orfire official of the city or county in which the job site is located.In some cases,such as
9、healthcare facilities,transient accom-modations and day care facilities,the AHJ is the city or countybuilding or fire official.2.1.4 digital video recorder(DVR),nrecords data in adigital format to a local or networked mass storage device.2.1.5 dual-locked storage container,nlock that requiretwo indi
