11、mposition,the degree of surface cleanliness,and thetype of abrasive.4.Significance and Use4.1 The procedures described in this practice are designed toprovide hot-rolled,carbon steel panels with uniform andreproducible abrasive blast cleaned surfaces for testing ofcoatings.5.Test Panels5.1 Prepare t
