11、marine water and fresh),wastewaters,andbottled water.When the reagent is added to the sample andincubated at 41 6 0.5C for 24 h and up to 28 h,Enterolert candetect these bacteria at 1 MPN/100 mL.Fluorescence isproduced when enterococci metabolizes the nutrient indicator.Enterolert can be used as a p
