4、method,is the same as that defined in ISO 21018-4;an instrument thatautomatically measures the concentrations of particles suspended in a fluidat certain sizes and cannot be calibrated in accordance with ISO 11171whose output may be as a particle size distribution at limited sizes or asa contaminati
